All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
During this period, orders are prepared, verified, and forwarded to our fulfillment partners. Once processing is complete, the order is dispatched for shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Split Shipments & Multiple Packages
To ensure efficient and timely delivery, orders may be shipped in multiple packages from different fulfillment partners.

Tracking updates may be sent separately
If part of your order arrives before another, the remaining item is already on its way.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information to ensure timely receipt of your parcel.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

Once dispatched, destination addresses cannot be changed.
Delivery & Responsibility
A parcel is considered delivered once the carrier marks it as delivered.
Delivery methods depend on location and carrier and may include:

Delivery to a common area or outside an apartment building
In these cases, the carrier may mark the parcel as delivered before it is physically in your possession.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged during transit, provided the carrier officially classifies them as such in the tracking information.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact
within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our drops, we do not accept returns or refunds.
Refunds or replacements are only considered in cases of damaged or defective items reported within the required timeframe.
